What to Expect for Your First Visit

Your first visit to our Women's Health Care clinic is a crucial step in maintaining your overall well-being and reproductive health. We understand that it can be a bit intimidating, especially if it's your first time seeing a gynecologist or you have specific concerns. Rest assured, our experienced and compassionate team is here to ensure your comfort throughout the entire process.

During your initial appointment, our dedicated healthcare professionals will take the time to get to know you and understand your unique healthcare needs. To prepare for the exam, you MUST have your initial paperwork (above) completed and arrive 15 minutes early for your initial appointment. We strongly encourage you to bring any relevant medical history or records with you, including a list of medications you are currently taking. We encourage this of all our patients to ensure we do not fall behind on our appointment schedule and so our patients get the opportunity to work with their provider as much as possible, rather than spending their appointment at the registration desk. Our priority is to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental environment where you can openly discuss your health concerns. We understand that a visit to the OB/GYN can be anxiety-inducing, and our team is committed to making you feel comfortable, respected and well-informed throughout your appointment. Your well-being is our top priority, and we are here to support you on your journey to optimal health and wellness.

We look forward to seeing you for your first visit!
